Our Initiatives
To instill in the nation’s youth an understanding of personal financial planning and the acquisition of sound money management skills. TLGF supports the belief that providing basic financial planning education at a younger age will help create a population of fiscally responsible and self reliant adults in the future.
To financially educate adults who are undergoing poor financial conditions and those who are going through special circumstances such as widows, divorced individuals, immigrants, individuals with disabilities, single parents, people transitioning from welfare to the work place.
Help average Americans identify their dreams and goals in life, and better prepare them for their retirement years.

Financial Counseling & Guidance:
Good, honest financial advice could be very hard to find, and costly at times. That’s why TLGF have designated accredited professionals to offer counseling and guidance to all individuals seeking a reliable financial advice.

Our counseling services can be immediately available to those who are going through financial distress such as bankruptcy and foreclosures.
Scholarship Programs:
The Lumen Group Foundation strongly recognizes knowledge and education as a vital vehicle to empower young individuals. Therefore, TLGF has created a scholarship fund to continuously support children and adolescents in setting and achieving their life goals.
TLGF scholarship fund is an endowment fund that was found in 2006, and is designed to last indefinitely to support in covering the costs of education for generations to come.
Our scholarships are awarded to local and national schools and colleges.
Awards vary from $ 500 to $ 40,000 depending on the causes and the student’s academic standing.

Internships and Job Training
TLGF offers paid internships and Job training in the following areas:
